The EES team truly embraced the holiday spirit with enthusiasm and festive cheer. Our holiday celebration was nothing short of spectacular, filled with delectable dishes, drinks, and heartwarming moments with family. After the speeches were done and the group photo was taken, we shared champagne and cake to welcome our new team members.  

The banquet featured succulent turkey and the prime rib took center stage, complemented by an array of sides and extras that catered to all tastes and preferences. The culinary team went above and beyond to ensure that every dish was a masterpiece, making the evening even more memorable.

Different jobs require different types of disciplines.  Not just in the academic sense, but in the practical sense.   Ask any good musician how they got that way and they will tell you practice, patience and tenacity will get you where you want to be.  Similar traits that transfer over to the controls engineering world.  There is a reason that the back of EES' business card reads “experience, something you get right after you need it”.

As in years past, the employees of EES, along with their families and friends, descended upon the home of Dan & Christina Luna for an afternoon of food, fun, sunshine, and swimming. There were several families’ young children, all of whom ended up riding on the “inflate-a-bull”.

The Engineered Energy Solutions executive and marketing teams will attend the 2023 CSIA Executive Conference May 15-19, 2023 in New Orleans, Louisiana.  In addition to the educational component of the conference, EES looks to make new connections and continue its successful partnerships with other control system integrators.

Peter Moskal is hitting the road.  Stay tuned to this ongoing series as Peter shares insights into travels to conventions, conferences, and trade shows across the United States. As Vice President, it’s part of Peter’s responsibility to meet new people, expand his professional network, and learn about the latest industry developments. By attending events like the ASHRAE Expo in Atlanta, he can see new products and technologies, understand emerging trends, and develop valuable connections. These experiences allow Peter to enhance his professional development and bring new insights back to his team at EES. 

EES employees, friends, and family gathered the night of December 10 at Dan Luna’s home for the festive annual holiday party. 
Children and coworkers alike were delighted as Founder and Chairman Pat Miller donned big black boots and a red coat as Santa Claus this year! Reports have it that some, but not all, took a seat on Santa’s knee to request gifts.
