PROCOS™ is a proprietary design methodology developed by EES to create and implement a best-fit control solution for clients’ building management systems (BMS). Developed and tested over decades in a wide variety of industries, this process has been applied to dozens of large-scale projects, including Dubai Healthcare City’s District Cooling Plant Automation, a Building Management System for a New York City insurance company headquarters, and a Pharmaceutical HVAC BMS for an R&D laboratory facility.

Implementing the reliable control of a Building Management System (BMS) optimized for energy efficient, environmentally friendly infrastructure requires the coordination and connection of all electrical and mechanical components. Whether we are working with a pharmaceutical client on the control of the critical environment of a clean room or working on a complex building management system of a New York City high-rise, EES has a unique methodology to make sure the reliability of the system is nearly fail-safe.

We recently challenged ourselves to quantify how many tons of carbon dioxide EES has prevented from being released into the atmosphere on our clients’ behalf, thus lowering their carbon footprints. Our conservative estimate is that our projects are saving more than 3 ½ tons of carbon dioxide (CO₂) every hour! We have optimized and automated over 100,000 tons of refrigeration since we started in April 1976.
